Valve Software has released the new Crash Course downloadable content for Left4Dead. It adds a couple of small levels that can be played in under 30 minutes. They also added a bunch of new bugs if the forums are to be believed. I guess I don't play it enough to spot the issues. I know since I updated the server, nobody has been playing on the DOH! Network Left4Dead server. One of the bugs supposedly screws up being able to connect to some servers. If you can't find the DOH! Network Left4Dead server in the in-game browser, I have added a link on the DOH! Network game servers page to join the game from there or if you are a part of the DOH! Network Steam Community you can click 'Play Campaign' and select 'Play on Steam Group Server' in-game and the DOH! Network server should be listed.

Blue's News has their updated list of games on sale this weekend. You can pick up Unreal Tournament 3 Black on Steam for $8.00 or pick up the Unreal Deal Pack for $16.00 featuring Unreal 2: The Awakening, Unreal Gold, Unreal Tournament 2004: Editor's Choice Edition, Unreal Tournament 3 Black, and Unreal Tournament: Game of the Year Edition.

Thanks to Burning Mass for pointing out this video of TrackMania 2 from the Paris Game Festival. Hopefully it looks that good in-game.

PopCap has released a web version of their latest Flash game Plants vs Zombies if you're looking to waste about an hour in a fun tower defense style game.

Man! It's amazing how much stuff you can accumulate over time. I have been trying to clean the garage this weekend and I was pulling out boxes and boxes of stuff. I didn't realize how many boxes of old computer parts and bills and receipts I had out there. I'm working my way through it though slowly and making progress. At least I can get from one door to the other and to my car.

I finally received a hat in Team Fortress 2. It's the halo awarded to people who didn't take advantage of idle servers to achieve new weapons when Valve released that screwy weapons unlock system a while back. You can read all about Valve's new zero tolerance policy for people who tried to get the new weapons this way. Personally I don't see how idling is any different from the achievement servers that are still used by players today. I'm not even really that into the whole hat thing either. I thought the original hats the guys wore were fine.

Valve should be releasing 'Crash Course', the new downloadable content for Left 4 Dead this month. 'Crash Course' will tie the ending of the 'No Mercy' campaign to the beginning of the 'Death Toll' one with some new maps. The update also add a new versus mode that should only take you 30 minutes to complete and some tweaks. PC users get the update for free from Valve while Microsoft will be charging XBox Live user 560 gamer points. Read about the 'Crash Course' downloadable content on SteamPowered.com.

Man! I really like working from home except for the whole part about actually having to do work. That's kind of a bummer.

Thanks to Nopal over at Mexicans In Black for the link to Engadget pointing out that the Wii Internet Browser is now officially FREE!!! It was cool to watch the old QuakePark cartoons on the tv instead of on the computer. Now I just need to overhaul my site to fix the alignment issues in Opera.

unity3dsantos sent me this link for some crazy multiplayer action from Infinity Ward's upcoming Modern Warfare 2 game. I wasn't that into this game before but it is starting to look pretty sweet. I might have to install Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare this weekend and get that out of the way so I will be ready when Modern Warfare 2 hits store shelves.
