Yay! I finally managed to beat Sloth in Darksiders III and I did it only with an upgraded whip. I was getting to the point of quitting the game but I hate to leave games unfinished. I tried to record the game play too but did not notice an open Chrome window on my dekstop prevented the Nvidia recorder from starting so I will have to describe how I did it instead of letting you watch it because I don't want to go back and play it again. The secret is the subway car. When you enter the fighting area, run behind Sloth and kill enough of his throne minions so they drop the throne. Then run behind the subway car so that Sloth ends up on the opposite side. You might have to climb up on top of it to lure him to the side so he does not come around it. Let his minions come around to your side and kill them so they do not distract you. Then jump up on the subway car and whip Sloth one or two times and then dodge away behind the car again. Repeat this and watch Sloth's health bar decrease. You may take a couple of hits yourself so be careful and do not get greedy trying to whip him too many times so you have time to move away.
Just saw over on DeathCon.com that Marvel Rivals is releasing a Marvel Zombies Player Versus Environment mode on October 23, 2025 UTC. Check out the Marvel Zombies teaser before the official trailer release. Maybe this will be what I need to get me interested in Marvel Rivals.
